Dodge Rampage

The Dodge Rampage concept is a vehicle that was developed by the Chrysler car company. This car is designed to be a coupe utility vehicle but a very stylish one indeed. The whole concept of the Dodge Rampage car was based on a vehicle that was produced between 1982 and 1984 which was known as the Dodge Rampage and was a utility truck. The Chrysler car manufacturing company decided to bring the concept back to life and brought the Dodge Rampage back into the market in the year 2006 and it proved to be a great vehicle to drive.

The Dodge Rampage concept vehicle is equipped with a V8 internal combustion engine which is currently one of the high performance engines available in the market today. The V engines are the engines that consist of cylinders and pistons that are arranged in a way that their layout looks like the letter V. The V8 engines, just like their name suggests, have eight cylinders that are placed over the engine crankshaft and each of the cylinders is comprises of two valves. The V8 engine installed in the Dodge Rampage car has a compression ratio of about 9:6:1 which is very good.

The Dodge Rampage has a maximum engine displacement of about 345 cubic inches. Engine displacement simply means the total volume of all the eight cylinders that the V8 engine has. The V8 engine makes the Dodge Rampage a very fast and powerful vehicle because it has a maximum performance of about 5,000 revolutions per minute which produces about 340 horsepower. The vehicle has a five speed automatic transmission system. The Dodge Rampage is an all wheel drive vehicle which can function well both on roads and also off roads. The Dodge Rampage car is a great car to own and one would have the most wonderful experience with this car.

The overall weight of the Dodge Rampage concept vehicle is about 5,000 lbs. The vehicle’s wheelbase measures between the mid sections of both the front and rear wheels and measures slightly over 142 inches. The Dodge Rampages’ overall width is about 80 inches, its height is about 73 inches and its length is about 215 inches. The interior of the truck is not like all the other utility trucks because it is very stylish and also beautiful. All the other truck models were very shocked when they got to view the interior of the Dodge Rampage concept because there is no car manufacturer that has ever produced such a utility truck.

The rear doors of the Dodge Rampage concept slide back which is one of the great features that this vehicle has. All the other traditional utility trucks have no extra features but his truck is one of the best in the world market. It may have good looks, which is a feature usually not on the mind of any designer when designing a utility truck but it is also very powerful and should not be underestimated. The bad thing about it is that it is only a concept and many people are waiting for the day Dodge decides to manufacture this vehicle.

Dodge Viper

Dodge Used Cars- The Viper

Dodge used cars like the Viper was introduced to the North American public back in 1989. The Chrysler Motor Corporation unveiled the pro-type at the Detroit Motor show with such huge success, that the company decide to go ahead with the brand. The first Dodge Viper came on the scene of American streets in 1991 and has been a fixture on the roads ever since. I decided to research Dodge Vipers that were from 1991 to the early 2000s. This actually is one of my most favourite sports cars because of the mean looking design and the power it posses.

Dodge Viper used cars:

If there is any weakness to the Viper it has to be its interior design, its very plain. The leather seats and steering wheel look great and when you sit in one, you know this car can move. My issues are with the engine instruments and the center console, it lacks in sports car design. Its not like a Corvette at night time, where you feel youre in a fighter jet all lit up. The Viper from these years comes standard with AM/FM stereo, Air/Heating, and CD player depending on year.

1970 Dodge Charger Fans

Dodge was a model produced by Chrysler Corporation, which built several automobiles. Among the Dodge model cars, the Dodge Charger car was a sports model produced between 1966 and 1974. In the 1970s, this model was considered as one of the largest muscled cars available in the automobile market. The car was designed by Burt Bouwkamp, the Chief Engineer of Dodge during the 1960s.

The 1970 Dodge Charger was a special model car in the sense that this was the second generation Charger that was the last in that series of models. It had a large wraparound type of chrome bumper. The grill was not divided in the middle like the earlier models. The old vacuum headlight doors were replaced by new electric headlight doors and the side markers were also changed to real lights. The taillight panel of 1970 Dodge Charger 500 and R/T models had a new look taillight panel. Further, a fresh HEMI or 440 hood cutout option was also offered in this model.

Dodge Ram Left Corner Signal Light

Vehicles of all types that run on roads are at a risk when it comes to driving in the night when darkness has set in, or even otherwise when it comes to take turns on the roads, either side. To indicate that a vehicle is moving at a given place and also to help the driver see the road and the traffic in the front, the headlights are given with adjustable systems like dipper and dimmer. While the rear light indicates those vehicles at the back to know of the vehicle that is in front of it.

When a vehicle is moving on the road, the driver needs to change lanes, or turn to the left or the right. This intention of his, needs to be communicated to those following at the back of his vehicle, mostly at a close proximity. For this he has to give a signal and this is done by way of the signal lights, which are situated on the left and right corners of the vehicle. This alerts those behind the vehicle and enables to adjust their vehicle speed and space to allow it to move in the intended direction. If this signal is not turned on and the driver takes a sudden turn, the vehicle at the back is sure to loose its control due to this sudden change, and would bump upon the front vehicle thereby leading to an accident and causing minor to severe damage.
