This is a nice helmet for the price. The helmet exterior surface and surface treatment are very good. It has a locking face shield that seals tight and the helmet has good ventilation. There is very little wind noise at highway speeds inside the helmet. Helmet weight is about average and acceptable. Interior padding is comfortable and well distributed. The only concern I have is that the padding pressure on the ears becomes noticable after riding for awhile. In the design of the helmet there should be some interior padding relief so the padding is not so tight around the ears. The helmet also looks good. Overall, I would recommend this helmet.

Wherever possible check out the product in person locally before you decide to buy. I was able to do that in this case, so I could evaluate the fit, comfort and appearance. The HJC CL-SP Motorcycle Helmet is a great value for the money.
