Great for any serious motorcycle rider December 23, 2009 D. Sheby (So Cal) Great for any serious motorcycle rider. Even if you do not plan on racing or riding hard, has some VERY IMPORTANT principals to understand and implement in your every day or racing riding
Twist of the Wrist 2 - Great book, but for best results... November 27, 2009 K. T. Nightingale (New Zealand) The book was great, but having just done the California Superbike School (Day 1) which is based on the book. I thoroughly recommend you enroll and do the course.
It is the best money you will ever spend on your bike.

Why does the author keep defining common words? October 29, 2009 Tian Wang (Mountain View, CA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book is helpful itself, but there is one thing I just don't understand, why is this author keeping defining very common words like 'force', 'design', 'standard', 'device', 'value', etc....does he have an unfulfilled dream of becoming a lexicologist?
Resist Survival Responses July 19, 2009 Paul D. Teisseire (Adelaide Australia) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Most of us know how to ride! Few of us know why things go wrong and what we are doing to work against the bike.
Take the fear out of your riding and put a grin on your face by understanding the proper techniques of good cornering.
A must have book for anyone riding over 30mph.
Awesome info! May 24, 2009 J. Fritz (Sacramento, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I highly recommend reading Twist of the Wrist for any rider. It will help new riders understand the physics of how the bike works in turn dismissing some of the common fears associated with riding. It will also help more experienced riders become better in corners, thereby improving time and safety. I also recommend supplementing the read with watching videos on cornering techniques as it helps cement the ideas.
