Gas prices may be declining in most places nationwide, but the fact is people are growing tired of paying for gas. Either because it is the fact they don’t want to pay for it, and in some cases, some people just want to go home after work and not bother stopping to pump gas.
Solution to the problem? One of the major solutions to this problem is the electric vehicle, which are sweeping the country, and have grown in great popularity over the past few years. One major contender for best electric is the Nissan Leaf. The Nissan Leaf was one of the first of the next-gen models to really bring forth a fully electric model, and it seems to be doing incredibly well for the Nissan brand.
The perks of owning an electric car goes much further than not having to fill up on gas again. One major perk to owning a 2015 Nissan Leaf, it means less parts—and less maintenance. This means oil changes and tune-ups are now out the window. But that doesn’t mean you will escape normal maintenance on electric components, and there is likely going to be other maintenance issues you may face owning an electric model.
The 2015 model will be offering a lot more in terms of interior luxuries, like heated and leather interior, a remote start with the Nissan Intelligent Key and a very unique Display Drive Computer which allows you to track your Leaf’s performance and range. So the next time you find yourself at the gas station, it won’t be to fill up on gas, it will be either because you need to pick up some lottery tickets, or need to fill your tires with air.
