This weekend alone I saw no less than 6 cars with tillers and other LARGE equipment hanging out the back of their trunks. Each one was strapped within an inch of it's life and I thought....wouldn't a truck be easier? Personally I've got an old beater a 97 F150 that I have to drive back and forth to work and haul stuff. I can't imagine living without it, I could never go back to owning just a car. Hi Vern.

Personally I’ve got an old beater a 97 F150 that I have to drive back and forth to work and haul stuff. I can’t imagine living without it, I could never go back to owning just a car.

With gas going down too, it's even more practical at least for a little while. I've never owned a truck before, but I'm actually considering them as a next vehicle since I'll be needing one within a year or two I think. Maybe I'll think ahead and buy a pair of <a href="http://truckaccessoriestoolbox.com/143/truck-mud-flaps-and-truck-splash-guards" rel="nofollow">mud flaps</a> right now just to make sure I eventually buy something big enough to use them.
